Liberty - Means Freedom

In our American democracy, all people are free and all people should be treated equally. If your teacher lets only the kids with brown eyes out to recess, she is not be treating all of you equally. If the store only sold candy to short kids, the store would be treating the tall kids unfairly and unequally.

Equality means that all people have a right to be treated fairly, like everyone else.
